Policies at ZCC Events
All bookings require a non-refundable retainer to secure your event date. Remaining balances are due 30 days prior to the event. Event decor requires a minimum of 3 hours for setup. If the venue does not allow sufficient setup time, additional fees may apply based on decor complexity and staffing needs. Custom items are final sale. Delivery, setup and breakdown fees are not included unless stated. By booking with ZCC Events, you agree to all policies and terms outlined in your invoice agreement.
